Zhuoning is working on agricultural remote sensing, including improving data quality for crop mapping and monitoring agricultural events. She aims to integrate multi-source remote sensing data to study the interactions between crop dynamics and climate change. Before coming to UMD, she received a B.S. (Hons) from the School of Geography and Planning, Sun Yat-Sen University, China (2021), and an M.S. from the Faculty of Geographical Sciences, Beijing Normal University, China (2024).
